How to Order Baby Birth Announcements
Polka Dot Box has made the ordering process very simple!
Just follow these steps:
1. Locate the product that you would like to order: Navigate to our different styles from the
home page; from here you will be able to select the style you would like to order. Click on the "To
Order Click Here" link to proceed to order page.
2. Select the style of announcement you would like to order: Let us know if you would like
your announcement to look like the sample shown or if you would like to customize the look.
3. Fill in the order form: Choose your paper, font, ribbon (if applicable) and wording; proceed
to filling in your babies "vital statistics"
4. Click the "Order" button: This will take you to your shopping cart, check for accuracy; if you
find a mistake use your browsers "back" button and make the necessary changes; click the order
button again to continue. Use the “remove" button to remove any items that you no longer wish to
have in your shopping cart.
5. Input Quantity: Tell us how many announcements you would like to order (our minimum is 25)
and click the update" button. Tax and shipping (if applicable) will be added in the next step.
6. Keep Shopping: if you would like to order more products click the "keep shopping" button
and follow the same procedure.
7. Proceed to checkout: Click the "checkout" button to go to payment and shipping screen
8. Input your payment and shipping information into our secure** ordering site
9. Send your photo (if applicable): If you are emailing a photo- please send it to:
photos@polkadotbox.com
10. Check your email for your proof: You will receive a proof within 24-48 hours of your order
placement. Please note that filtering software occasionally picks out your proof, please check your
filter mailbox if you do not receive your proof in your in box. We will not proceed with your order
until we have approval of the proof. Your order will ship within 4-6 days of final proof approval.
** Our Yahoo! Store uses SSL (Secure Socket Layer) encryption when transmitting
certain kinds of information, such as financial services information or payment
information. An icon resembling a padlock is displayed on the bottom of most browsers
